The Kakabay Blessing

This is the video I attempted to add to yesterday's blog. The children's singing was an incredible experience for our group.

I am adding prayer for the physical health of our team to our prayer list. Specifically for our family, Adriana has a mystery rash over her whole body - no fever or other symptoms though. Annalise has a cough. She had an ear ache last night, but it is gone this morning.

Grace,

Tom

  1. The video was special, but I couldn't hear it. No sound. Perhaps it's just my computer. Judy Beckett

  2. OK, I sat and bawled as I watched! Thanks for sharing! I think I mentioned my own mission going on back home with the 3 little girls next door. Night 2 of Awana and we left a little early because I was not sure how much support they have at home with help on their verses, etc. To my delight and surprise they knew their verses, the Awana song and the Awana pledge! Brittney (3) struggled a bit, but she's 3. She thinks we are going to a party every night! I feel blessed to have the opportunity to take them. They found Annalise's picture card she made me in the front seat of my car and asked about it. I told them that the little girl who made that for me is far, far away helping other little children who have very little. Mariah pouted and said she wished she could help. So we stopped the car and we prayed for all the children in the Philippines. They were a bit surprised we did not need to come over there and bring shoes and food, but told me they would keep praying for everyone. Praying for your health.
    Love to all.
PS - It does not surprise me one bit that current events are not high on your list! Not being constantly bombarded we realize what is important.
