Decisions, decisions
We are in the process of making many decisions. Please pray with us for God's clear direction. Afterall it's not about us...it's about Him. We want to do what He wants, in His timing. Often, His timing is different than our timing. Yes, we are still preparing for ministry in the Philippines but it is becoming clear we will not be ready to make the move in February as we had hoped. It is January 10 and we have many items still on our "to do" list and about one-third of our monthly support. So we are spending time praying and more importantly, listening...

May I encourage you with the memory of our departure to the Philippines...We had no support (nothing), over ten thousand dollars needed to pay our dts and plane tickets, only a couple weeks to get it together, we were living in a hotel room, and had no clue how it would happen but trusted in faith and it did. Literally the day before we flew off the last three thousand came in. Have faith my friends. It will all come together! God knows what you need and will put it all in place. Don't miss the miracles. Love to you!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the encouragement. We fully trust that God will come through. The issue is determining the balance between faith and stewardship for where you are at a given point in time. So for now... we pray, we wait, we pray some more.
