Alexie and her friend Ben had a great time this evening gleaning marionberries. After looking at the pictures, I am sure you will be surprised to find that they ate some also. A group from the campus went to a local farmer's fields and gleaned for all they were worth - if the stained faces, hands, and clothes are any indication.
The kids have been making the berries into a smoothie which is quite tasty.

I was able to go to church last sunday for the first time in months. It was so nice to see everyone. But, I missed your family and the hugs. My nephew was dedicated so that is why I got to go. I do hope to return soon. It looks like I will be going to Cleveland Clinic provided my docs are able to work things out. I just have to trust that God will work things out.
Your family has been an inspiration to me. I am praying for you guys. May God bless you're family and all your fellow students.
